Globe Studios is dedicated to supporting the creative sector to foster entrepreneurial undertakings, collaboration, and community outreach by providing safe and reliable working spaces where ideas and connections can flourish. It strives to support the careers of established and emerging artists. Each fall, Globe Studios opens its doors to the community, giving an opportunity to connect in person with art practitioners during the Globe Studios Art Show and Sale. Participation is not limited to tenants: close to 30 additional local artists are invited to share their creative process through exhibits and conversations. The open house typically sees over 2000 visitors each year. Always free to the public, it offers a financially accessible platform for diverse artists to showcase their work and to connect with buyers and curators. Further, the event provides volunteer and learning opportunities for local youth engaged in the arts.
